Napoli land Lucca, Inter wave off the veterans, Juve close on Dibu

Lunch is served rich on the transfer front: Milan already have Gonçalo Ramos on the table and are cooking Mateta and Gila, while Inter bank Provedel and bid farewell to their veterans. Napoli, Juventus, Roma and Atalanta lay out their moves, from Lucca's signing to the push for 'Dibu' Martínez, with the Premier League dishing up Mbeumo and Tonali.

The first course comes from Milanello: Milan have already served Gonçalo Ramos, taken from Paris Saint-Germain, and now keep two heavyweight dishes on the stove. The agreement for Crystal Palace's Jean-Philippe Mateta is confirmed, while for Lazio's Mario Gila both La Gazzetta dello Sport and ANSA report a deal reached — five million a season for the player and a decisive move ahead of Napoli. On the way out, Samuel Chukwueze has already packed his bags for Fulham.

On the other side of the city, Inter serve a two-faced menu. Incoming, it is done for Ivan Provedel, arrived from Lazio, while Nicolò Khalaili of Union Saint-Gilloise remains on the home straight, given as closing by Gazzetta, ANSA and Corriere della Sera. Outgoing, it is time to say goodbye to the veterans: as Corriere della Sera confirms, Francesco Acerbi, Yann Sommer and Matteo Darmian all leave Milan, with Stefan de Vrij bound for Panathinaikos and Franco Carboni for Parma.

A dish fresh off the day in Naples, where Napoli land the Lucca deal up front. Beaten to Gila, the Azzurri turn to defence and revisit Andrea Natali (Calciomercato.com). At Juventus the menu is rich between the posts: they are pushing for Aston Villa's Emiliano 'Dibu' Martínez, while the notepad still holds an enquiry for Zion Suzuki (Calciomercato.com) and the Bremer question, on whom Bayern have tabled a first offer and Juve are negotiating around 40 million (Gazzetta dello Sport).

At Roma several pans are on the go: the deal for Club Brugge's Tresoldi is advancing and, LaRoma24 reports, an agreement has been reached on Paulo Dybala's contract renewal. Atalanta move quickly to close Gianluca Gaetano from Cagliari — Sky Sport speaks of full agreement on wages — Como welcome Luis Milla from Getafe, and Udinese push on for Athletic Club's Unai Gómez. Among Calciomercato.com's breaking items, Monza track Wolfsburg's Lovro Majer, Genoa consider Hartberg's Elias Havel, Venezia have closed Ale Gomes of Real Zaragoza for 1.5 million plus bonuses, and Lecce have settled Ylber Ramadani's sale to Çorum.

Among the international side dishes, the Premier League leads the way: Manchester United have served Bryan Mbeumo, plucked from Brentford, Tottenham are closing for Sandro Tonali from Newcastle, and Sunderland land a double with Jobe Bellingham (from Borussia Dortmund) and Granit Xhaka. Watch Calciomercato.com's late word: Besiktas have opened talks with Arsenal for Leandro Trossard, an 18 million operation. The transfer table stays set: we eat again in the afternoon.
