The summer window served up a red-hot day in the Premier League, headlined by a striker swap between Chelsea and Aston Villa. According to Calciomercato.com it is a “here we go” for Emiliano Martínez to Chelsea, with a deal agreed with Aston Villa worth 7.5 million pounds; moving the other way is Nicolas Jackson, whom Aston Villa sign from the Blues for 65 million pounds. Serie A saw several official deals. Calciomercato.com announces the “here we go” of Moise Kean to Como, signed from Fiorentina on a paid loan worth 10 million euros, and that of Samuele Ricci, also joining Como from Milan on a paid loan worth 1.5 million euros. On the signings front, Andrea Pinamonti is officially a new Lazio player (from Sassuolo for 3 million plus bonuses), Ivan Ilić moves to Lecce from Torino on loan with an option, and Daniel Bîrligea joins Frosinone from FCSB on a paid loan worth 1.5 million.

Torino are among the busiest clubs: Calciomercato.com reports the completion of Lucas Perri from Leeds on loan with an option to buy, while on the way out, besides Ilić, the Granata sell Marcus Pedersen to Olympiacos for 8 million euros plus a percentage of any future resale. In La Liga, meanwhile, Dominik Livaković is official at Barcelona: the goalkeeper arrives from Fenerbahçe for 2 million euros.

On the incoming market, Napoli are active. Leaving the Azzurri, Avellino have closed for Walid Cheddira in a deal worth 2.5 million euros plus bonuses tied to goals and promotion.

Among the other Italian negotiations, Juventus are pushing for Franck Kessié: Calciomercato.com explains the deal no longer depends on outgoings. Gianluca Di Marzio also reports as official the arrival in Turin of Kamil Grabara from Wolfsburg, on loan worth 0.5 million plus bonuses. Inter arrange a midfield departure with Kristjan Asllani heading to Al Jazira on loan worth 2 million with an obligation to buy, per Di Marzio, while Hellas Verona have closed for Gabriele Zappa from Cagliari, with an obligation to buy in the event of promotion.

Rafael Leão’s future remains up in the air. Calciomercato.com reports that Galatasaray are awaiting the Portuguese’s decision after reaching an agreement with Milan yesterday for 45 million euros. The day was also marked by the group-stage draw of the 2026/27 Champions League.
