Kolo Muani to Juventus, deal one step away: only PSG left

Juventus are one step from an agreement with Randal Kolo Muani: according to Gazzetta dello Sport the Paris Saint-Germain striker is expected at the Bianconeri's training camp, with the operation - Calciomercato.com reports - built on a loan with an obligation to buy. The final details with PSG still need ironing out, though: as Sky Sport and Corriere dello Sport stress, closing the deal still requires an agreement between the two clubs, with Spalletti waiting for his new signing.

The breakthrough came from Gazzetta dello Sport: «Juve-Kolo Muani, it's on!». According to the paper, Juventus executive Carnevali has accelerated and the agreement with the French PSG striker is now one step away, so much so that the player is already expected at Juventus' training camp.

In detail, as Calciomercato.com reports citing Gazzetta, the operation with Paris Saint-Germain would be built on a loan with an obligation to buy, with the Frenchman expected in Italy within about ten days.

The sticking point, however, remains Paris Saint-Germain. In the evening Sky Sport flagged that there is still some distance with the French club over Kolo Muani, while Juventus have meanwhile resumed contacts for Goretzka as a possible midfield reinforcement.

The most recent update comes from Corriere dello Sport: Spalletti is waiting for Kolo Muani and Carnevali is not giving up, but closing the deal still requires an agreement with PSG. A clear sign of Juventus' determination to hand the striker to their coach.

During the day Corriere della Sera also noted «progress» by Juventus for Kolo Muani, while Tuttosport lists the Frenchman among the club's hot names alongside Muharemovic.

The picture, then, is clear: the agreement with the player is one step away and the formula is set, but the last piece remains the agreement with Paris Saint-Germain. If the French club gives the green light, Kolo Muani could land in Italy in time to join Spalletti's group at the training camp.
